We are currently recruiting a HR Advisor on a fixed 30 months Contract to join a corporate HR team
Based in Gateshead – £19.31/hr equivalent to £40,195/Annum
Full Time – 37 Hrs
Job Role
- You will be responsible for assisting with the design, delivery and implementation of a new pay framework and supporting a whole organisational job evaluation review.
- The role involves working in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure solutions are designed to meet the needs of the organisation.
- You will also be responsible for collating and analysing information and producing data and reports to inform decision-making and delivery of the pay review.
Requirements
- The successful candidates will have experience of job design and job evaluation in a complex and diverse organisation and have previously delivered projects using recognised tools and techniques.
- Experience of successfully facilitating organisational change activity is also essential.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build constructive relationships with your team, stakeholders and negotiate and influence at all levels.
- Be able to think and act strategically, you will have excellent written communication skills and experience of collating and analysing data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage competing demands and deliver to challenging timescales are also essential.
- You must be qualified to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience. Applicants must have CIPD Chartered Member status or equivalent experience.
